Behavioral Therapy »

Through the implementation of Behavioral Therapy, our program incorporates the principle that unwanted behavior in adolescents can be changed. Therapeutic activities include fulfilling specific assignments, rehearsing desired behavior, recording and reviewing progress with praise and privileges given for meeting assigned goals. Research studies show that this mode of therapy helps adolescents remain drug free after treatment. They also show improvement in employment, school attendance, family relationships, and depressions.

Counselors »

A licensed chemical dependency counselor completes a comprehensive assessment with the individual, and together a personalized treatment plan is developed. The treatment plan goals and objectives are reassigned on a regular basis and modified as necessary. Community and area resources are utilized to ensure that the adolescent's multiple and/or special needs are addressed. Counseling sessions include a variety of topics that are therapeutic in nature.
